Based here and working across the Portland area. The person who measures your patio is on site while it is being built.
More than 1,500 finished patio covers, so the details that cause leaks and callbacks get handled the first time.
Quality materials and installation at the best price in the Portland area, with nothing added after you sign.
Once the plan is approved, most patio covers go up in 3–4 days, so your yard is a work site for days, not weeks.
One team from the first measurement to the last bolt. We help you choose the roof, size and finish, then install it ourselves.
Posts, beams and drainage are built to code and to the manufacturer’s spec, the part that keeps a warranty valid.
You get a written line-item estimate before anyone starts, with labor, materials and prep spelled out.
Materials and our own workmanship are both covered, and we come back if something needs attention after the install.
We design and install custom patio covers for Portland homeowners who want more time outside, without giving up quality or the look of their home. One team handles it from the first measurement to the last bolt.
About us
We measure your space, go through materials and finish, and give you a written estimate.
Most installs take just 3–4 days. Our crew builds to the approved plan, handles the permits and cleans up every day.
We walk the finished patio with you and go through care and the warranty.
Covered patios, decks and outdoor rooms built to match the house and stay dry through the wet months.
View residential projectsPlaceholder for a real Google review. Paste the client’s words here exactly as they wrote them, without trimming or polishing. A full-length review that walks through the project, the crew and the finished patio reads as the most genuine, so pick one with some detail.

Placeholder for a second review: ideally one that mentions the estimate, the crew or how the patio holds up in the rain. A specific detail, like the written line-item quote or the site being cleaned up at the end of each day, says more than a general five-star comment.

Placeholder for a third review, from a commercial client if there is one, so both kinds of projects are covered. A restaurant, office or property manager talking about the schedule and keeping the business open during the install speaks directly to other business owners.

Placeholder for a fourth review. If a client wrote about how the cover looks a year or two later, use that one here: it answers the question of how well the work lasts through Portland winters.

It depends on the size, the roof material and how the cover attaches to your house, so we don’t quote from a price list. After a free visit to measure your space, you get a written line-item estimate with labor, materials and prep spelled out, and that number doesn’t move once we start.
Glass gives the most light and the cleanest look, and it’s the most durable surface to keep clean. Acrylite is a clear acrylic panel that looks close to glass at a lighter weight and a lower price. Polycarbonate is the lightest and most budget-friendly, very impact resistant, and comes in tints that cut glare and heat. We bring samples to the consultation so you can see each one against your house.
Yes. Every cover is built with enough pitch to shed water and a gutter that carries it away from the house, and the frame is sized for local wind and snow loads. The point of a cover here is to use your patio from October to May, so we design for the wet months first.
Most patio covers attached to a house in the Portland area need a building permit. We draw the plans, file the application and schedule the inspections, so you don’t have to deal with the city yourself.
The build itself is usually a few days on site. Most of the calendar time is design approval and the permit, so the overall timeline depends on your city’s review. We give you a schedule with the estimate and keep you updated if anything changes.
Both. Most covers attach to the house along a ledger board, which keeps the patio open with posts only on the outer edge. Where the wall or roofline doesn’t allow it, we build a freestanding cover on its own posts.
Rinse the panels with a hose and wash them with mild soap and a soft brush or sponge a couple of times a year. Skip abrasive pads and ammonia-based glass cleaners, which can scratch or cloud acrylic and polycarbonate. We go through care for your material on the final walkthrough.
Yes. Every cover comes with a written warranty on our workmanship, on top of the manufacturer’s warranty on the panels and frame. We walk you through what each one covers when the project is finished.
